Pacific Beach 420 Care Center (PB420) is located in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA, on Garnett at Bond. As you will clearly see in this video, this is the Official CHEECH and CHONG Collective of Shamu's Diego. Given its location on Garnett Avenue along with the various street visible banners, it is very easy to find. PB420 is situated on the second floor, above the Instant Oil Change garage. There are at least four parking spots in back. By the upstairs entrance is an ill rasta colored courtyard with a fancy mission statement on the wall. Kinda feels like the Sea World of MEDICAL CANNABIS collectives! Upon entering this facility, you are welcomed by giant Cheech and Chong posters and cute reception girls. Verification is a breaze and the waiting room has plenty to look at and to read in when it gets busy. The jungle of Cheech and Chong of a medication room has a ridiculous amount of Cheech and Cheech merch, mutiple display cases filled with all sorts of crazy funky fresh meds, products, edibles, clones, clothing, books, DVDs, etc. You really have to watch the video to get the real PB420 Cheech and Chong experience. We HIGHly recommend you visit this care center if you are in or near PB. Try the RAZZLEBERRY!!! Tell them you watched this video!!!
