VIP’s new location in Sherman Oaks on Burbank Blvd. is very chic. There are a few parking spots on the street in front of the co-op and there is a big lot in back (enter from Woodman). This small store space has been completely gutted and redesigned. The waiting room has some soft new couches and a standard reception window. Verification was quick and I was in the medication room within minutes.
The medication room here is pretty sweet with a very sleek, innovative and classy style. Rather than the archetypal display case, this place has three podiums. Behind the podiums there is a plasma screen monitor with a photo menu. Tell the sales person what you want to see and they will bring it to the podium, weigh it out, let you play with it, and if you make a purchase they will even let you take it home with you. There is also an even larger plasma screen on the wall to the left. I’m sure these guys have movies and television playing on all day. There are two large couches, bongs, a Volcano vaporizer, and plenty of reading material if you want to stay and medicate. We tried some remarkable Bubba x Pure Kush. 8th here are $40-65 and grams are $15-20.
There wasn’t much on stock other than flower when we visited; they were still
moving in. This place is definitely worth visiting. We’re going to give them another
visit and you should too. If you are interested in glass, these guys also blow,
